In 2020, 500 Corp partnered with Syserco Midwest to update their controls systems to improve both safety and comfort for tenants. Upgrade projects included discharge air reset control, electric heat re-zoning, fire pumps and domestic hot water pumps, and removal and conversion of obsolete controls equipment. 500 Corp has an ongoing service agreement with Syserco to provide continuous upkeep, monitoring, and optimization of their systems
