303 West Madison is a Class A, Energy Star Rated office building found in the business district of Chicago's West Loop. Winner of The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award for all of Chicago in 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. The building has earned BOMA 360 Designation and spans 310,880 across 26 floors.
In 2020, 303 West Madison partnered with Syserco Midwest to upgrade the building controls systems to the latest technology. Focused on both solving comfort issues and saving energy dollars, Syserco Midwest created and implemented creative building controls solutions.
Upgrade projects included installing perimeter heat and BACnet integration of the chiller to improve perimeter heat of the high rise. Syserco also implemented Demand Control Ventilation and installed Co2 sensors. With additional software programming, Syserco was able to assist 303 in receiving utility rebate incentives. 303 continues to receive ongoing preventative maintenance service from Syserco Midwest's dedicated service team.
