In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers, sales engineer and service technicians to fulfill needs of service support agreements’ customers. Service agreement planning and scheduling is the primary responsibility, while providing sales assistance, parts quotes and project management, some control design, and system upgrade projects for service agreement customers. Direct project financial responsibility increases with tenure in the position, including use of project financials. Responsibilities
- Manage all Service Agreement deliverables and Customer Satisfaction
- Schedule sales to operations turnover meetings and setup new agreements
- Perform service agreement kickoff meeting with customer
- Schedule all support agreement visits as well as follow-up ones
- With the service coordinator’s assistance contact all upcoming service visits
- Review service agreement visits documentation and ensure completeness
- Independently Develop and deliver proposals for Service Projects
- Review financial reports for Service Agreements on a monthly basis
- Meet with management to review financial status of service agreement
- Maintain service technician productivity and labor utilization
- Adhere to Syserco’s Policies and Procedures, HR, Safety Plan and others
- Manage Renewal Process for Service Agreement Portfolio
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to plan, schedule and manage approximately $500K in service agreement work
- Strong knowledge of HVAC DDC controls theory and applications
- Excellent time management/organizational skills with ability to work independently, unsupervised
- Ability to supervise a small team of service technicians
- Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical and financial management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Requirements
- Engineering Undergraduate Degree or Equivalence in combination between work experience and education
- 3+ years of industry experience or equivalent technical knowledge with Strong HVAC and/or mechanical systems knowledge
- Account management and/or project management experience
- Operation of standard office equipment including utilizing pertinent software applications
- Moderate physical activity performing essential office and administrative duties
- Required to stand, sit and maneuver around office area. May be required to sit and use computer equipment for long periods of time and occasionally lift, push or carry items less than 25 lbs
- Ability to carry, move and use ladders up to 10’
- Valid CA drivers’ license with ability to drive and operate a vehicle is required to perform customer service visits to client sites
